TRANSLATION SERVICES
We offer fast, accurate, and professional certified translations of business, accounting, legal, and personal documents from English to any foreign language and vice versa.
If the document you need notarised is in a language other than English, our Notary can notarise it provided there is a complete English translation available. A document can also be notarised in a foreign language if our Notary is confident that you fully understand the legally binding agreement you are entering into. However, an English translation is required if the document will be legalised.
Approved Sworn Translations
“Sworn” translations are stamped by a qualified translator who has been sworn in by the courts or embassy of the relevant country. Certain overseas registries, such as those in Austria, Brazil, Germany, Greece, and Poland, require documents to be “sworn translated” before they will accept them for filing. We are pleased to arrange the translation, certification by the sworn translator or embassy, legalisation/apostille (if necessary), and dispatch of the original stamped translations to your foreign recipients.
Certified Notarial Certification in Foreign Languages
The UK does not have a formal process for swearing in translators. Instead, the UK equivalent of a sworn translator involves a notary certifying that a translation is an accurate and faithful representation of the original document. This can be based on a certificate signed by the translator or if the notary is personally qualified in that language. We have a network of fully qualified translators, allowing us to arrange and certify translations quickly and without compromising quality. Some of our Notaries are fully qualified translators and members of the Chartered Institute of Linguists. We are always happy to provide notarial certification that the translation is accurate directly in the target language.
Plain Translations
If you don’t require certified translations, we can provide a quick service and deliver your translation via email.
Once you share your document and specify whether you need a plain translation, a notarised certified translation, or a translation stamped by a sworn translator, we will promptly provide you with a quote (based on word count), along with the estimated timeframe and process.
If you can email your document to us, we can provide a no-obligation quotation.
